It starts with a client's video content, which is scheduled, recorded and broadcast live automatically. Swagit editors then process your video content for on-demand and archiving according to your agenda. Finally, the processed and encoded video content is fully integrated with the agenda and placed into a client's account on our streaming distribution network. It's all done and displayed automatically on a client's web site within one to three hours from the time the meeting ended.

Live Feed

Live Streaming Video enables clients to send encoded stream(s) to a Swagit server capable of distributing them to thousands of connections. This eliminates the need for clients to increase their bandwidth in order to serve live streaming video. One live video feed to Swagit's network and the content is re-distributed to as many simultaneous viewers as a client needs. Plus, our high capacity, high quality, distributed network directs your end users to the closest available Swagit datacenter which insures the edge you need to stand out above the competition.

Presentation

Once integrated into the linking structure of the client website, the customized video library becomes the portal through which users access your audio/video content. As new content is added, it automatically becomes available in the client’s library without any work by the client’s Webmaster.

By navigating through the video library, user can view a list of meetings chronologically or unleash the power of the jump-to markers to search for specific points within individual audio/video clips. When it comes time to view these clips they are presented in a similarly customized player, presenting a consistent look to all aspects of the client’s web site.

Connection Saver

What's your Internet connection? Swagit's On-Demand service bundled with our Connection Saver plan takes into consideration that not all clients have the desired speed of a T1 line or greater. We understand this and contrary to what other potential vendors have told you, a T1 is not necessary for on-demand service. We can accommodate your on-demand needs with "a simple connection" such as a DSL or cable modem. Additionally, Swagit works with local providers to scale a network backbone suitable for optimized transmissions to our datacenters at no additional costs to our clients. Dependent on the connection speed we can also generally turnaround clips within one to two hours.
