The senior management team makes the final decision in always taking care of our clients, but we do have guidelines for matching our competition. Swagit is confident that usually it offers the better deal due to the fact it has developed it's own CDN and is not reliant on third-party providers like Akamai for bandwidth. However, we understand sometimes a competitor may try to offer a lower price. If this is the case and the potential client has done their due diligence, we offer a Price Match Plus Guarantee for all "apples-to-apples" services.

What you need to know:

1. You must provide an itemized quote from a competitor.
2. You must be seeking similar service (i.e. client controlled, hands-free, etc.).
3. Price match plus price is final and no other discounts can be applied.
4. Final price will be equal to the lowest competitor's price prior to any competitor's discounts.
5. An additional 5% discount will be applied to the price match final total.
6. We do not honor Internet pricing.
